$20-$30/hour FULL-TIME M-F 8am-4:
30pm or 9am-5:
30pm Applicant should ideally be a detail-oriented self-starter who possesses 1-2 years applicable experience in either area of law mentioned above Ideal candidates will assist with real estate settlement matters, deed preparation, basic estate planning document preparation, family law Primary duties and responsibilities include:
Provide clerical support (includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, generating correspondence and legal documents, editing/proofreading, printing, scanning and filing documents) Prepare and draft appropriate legal documents with attorney oversight Properly file documents into electronic management system Prepare conflict of interest requests Schedule/calendar appointments and reservations; making travel arrangements Submit expense forms to accounting department in a timely manner Skills:
Ability to use discretion and maintain confidential information Ability to exercise initiative and good judgment to work independently as appropriate and as a member of a team Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational/multi-tasking skills
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years experience ideal, however, an entry-level paralegal with prior, applicable internship experience may be considered Must be computer literate with strong, working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and possess strong typing skills Familiarity with iManage or similar electronic document management system is helpful Familiarity and experience working with Title Express is ideal Job Type:
