We are currently accepting resumes for the position of Executive Housekeeper at this location - a position that will start about one month prior to opening in order to work with the management team to set rooms and develop a plan for operational excellence within the rooms division.
The anticipated opening date is set for March 2024.
We are looking for an individual that is excited to assist in opening a new property and piecing together a team that will provide exceptional cleanliness for all guest stays.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS Leadership / Supervisory Communication Time Management Guest Service Cleaning / Detailed ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Supervises all housekeeping and laundry staff Set the schedule for housekeeping and laundry staff in accordance with occupancy forecasts Respond to the needs of hotel guests in a quick, accurate, and efficient manner Assist with hiring of team members in housekeeping and laundry departments Oversee the training program that is administered to all housekeeping and laundry team members Adherence to brand standards and the standards of excellence set forth by Pinnacle Hospitality Responsible for overseeing the cleanliness of guest rooms and public spaces and reporting any maintenance issues to the Chief Engineer - inspecting these spaces daily Maintain brand standards compliance in all guest rooms and public areas Maintains property lost and found and keeps an accurate record of all items that have been retrieved from guest rooms and public spaces Linen and Terry Control - maintain a monthly inventory that is provided for the General Manager on the first day of each month and assist the General Manager with placing orders so that appropriate PAR levels are maintained Maintain organization in all housekeeping storage rooms - ensuring that all rooms are set up similarly - and that there is an efficient flow to the spaces Complete regular employee reviews while rewarding good practices and training where improvement is needed Other duties as assigned by the General Manager which help the hotel achieve operational excellence Job Type:
