ChristianaCare HomeHealth is hiring a Full Time Physical Therapistto join our dynamic and cohesive team of therapists in New Castle County, Delaware.; specifically in the Bear and surrounding area.

As a Physical Therapist you will:

  • Collaborate and lead one or more Physical Therapy Assistant

  • Complete a target of at least 12 visits a week

  • Engage with adult and geriatric patients to support a safe home environment

Requirements:

  • Requires 1 year of experience as a PT; appropriate licensure.

  • Home care experience preferred.

  • Proof of a valid drivers license and active auto insurance is required.
