The Big Fish Restaurant Group is now actively recruiting a Front of the House Manager to join our exceptional hospitality team.
The Front of the House Manager assists all managers in the management of the operations and staff, including the execution of all policies, procedures, programs and systems in a fun and upbeat team atmosphere. The Front of the House Manager is a confident decision-maker who helps support and motivate all members of the team on a daily basis to achieve company goals, exceed expectations and provide the best in hospitality and service. The Front of the House Manager is also responsible for:
o Monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
o Ensure food safety procedures are executed according to policy and health/sanitation regulations
o Work to contribute to sales goals vs. prior year
o Manage food, labor, material costs, and other controllable expenses
o Execute policies and procedures for the control of cash, property, product, and equipment
o Monitor inventory levels through ordering to ensure product availability
o Manage and maintain safe working condition
o Train and manage team mambers in a manner that maximizes retention
o Interview and recommend applicants for selection in hiring
o Anticipate and identify problems and recommend appropriate corrective actions
o Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure products are consistent with quality standards

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
