Our Group is now actively recruiting an Office Assistant to join our exceptional hospitality team.
The ideal Office Assistant is an individual who is motivated, able to work independently and possesses great organizational skills. The Office Assistant must be proficient in Quickbooks and in MS Office (word & excel). An Office Assistant would also be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:
o Communicating, assisting and working alongside the Office Manager
o Perform clerical work, filing, organizing, typing, copying, etc.
o Data entry & Reporting
o Bookkeeping
o Complete tasks and projects in a timely manner
o Approximately 30-40 hours per week.
