The Big Fish Restaurant Group is now actively recruiting a Busser to join our exceptional hospitality team.
The ideal Busser is an individual who is punctual, attentive to detail, reliable, and above all -- friendly. Table availability in our restaurant is key to our continuing success. The Busser sets and resets dining room tables in order to maximize prompt table availability for our guests. He/She removes plates, glassware, and silverware when guests have completed their meal and quickly and efficiently re-sets/re-stocks the table for new guests. During the course of his/her duties, the Busser is polite and happy to provide outstanding service to all of our guests. The Busser is responsible for:
o Maintaining a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times
o Setting up the dining room prior to each shift and breaking down the dining room at the end of the shift
o Following safety and sanitation policies at all times
o Takes direction from management
o Is polite and friendly to guests and fellow team members no matter the circumstance
o Maintaining service stations in a clean and orderly manner throughout the shift
o Being able to assist with any guests needs
