As a Sales and Marketing Representative , you will effectively influence the decision process and communicate value to our buyers through in-depth needs analysis.
In addition, you will demonstrate the home and pre-qualify the buyer for financing. You must be able to establish and maintain long term relationships with buyers as you build excitement for them, work through construction related issues, and continually update them on the progress of their home.
NVR's industry renowned Sales Training Program focuses on enhancing your sales skills and providing you with tools for success in commissioned new home sales. It consists of centralized classroom training, supplemented with extensive training in the employee's Division. On an ongoing basis, additional sales training is provided at the Corporate, Regional and Divisional level. Training topics include items such as Sales Negotiating, Construction Knowledge for Sales, Closing Skills, and Mortgage Programs and Qualification.
REQUIREMENTS:
Three
years of demonstrated sales results in a commissioned compensation environment
Leadership experience
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Four-year degree preferred
High motivation
Willingness to work a minimum of 3 weekends per month
Current Drivers License
